Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing includes quality inspection and secure packaging of your item. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume sales periods and holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Where We Ship From
To offer the best prices, our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers. If your order contains more than one item, products may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days — don't worry, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 8 to 15 business days.
- International orders: 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
In total, please allow 10 to 18 business days from the day you place your order until delivery. These are estimates and not guaranteed — delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak seasons are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become available and start updating in the carrier's system. It is normal for tracking to show no movement for a few days while your package is in transit between international facilities — this does not mean your order is lost.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship to select countries worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HiZoo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can correct it. We are unable to change the address once the order has been shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Our Delivery Guarantee
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, contact us and we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Every order includes tracking and shipping insurance at no extra cost.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, or if you have any issue with delivery, please contact us at customer_service2009@outlook.com with your name and order number. We handle lost or damaged packages on a case-by-case basis and will work diligently to find a satisfactory solution.
